At the end of 90 days, every partnership is reviewed. Renewal is based on the work completed and whether the relationship makes sense for both sides.

- The player represented Gabby101 positively
- Posts created reach, clicks, inquiries or code activity
- The player and parent were reliable partners
Missed deliverables pause future benefits. Selection and renewal are never guaranteed.

PLAYER & PARENT
CHECKLIST
Parent permission
A parent or legal guardian must apply, communicate and sign for any player under 18.
Under age 13
All posting and program communication must be managed through a parent or guardian account.
Team approval
Families are responsible for confirming school, team, league and applicable NIL requirements.
Content permission
Selected families must approve agreed use of the player’s submitted name, image, photos and videos.
Clear disclosure
Free products, discounts and other benefits must be clearly disclosed in sponsored content.
Defined work
Benefits are tied to marketing deliverables—not wins, statistics, recruiting or school enrollment.
THE DUGOUT QUESTIONS

Is this open to every sport?+
No. The Sponsored Player Program is built specifically for active softball players.
Do I need a huge following?+
No. Strong content, genuine community connection and reliability matter more than follower count alone.
Does applying guarantee sponsorship?+
No. Applications are reviewed selectively, roster space is limited and only selected applicants will be contacted.
Is this a paid athlete contract?+
The pilot begins primarily with products, promotional opportunities and possible code-based rewards. Any additional compensation must be stated in a separate written agreement.
What happens if requirements are missed?+
Future shipments, features and benefits may be paused or the sponsorship may not be renewed.
Can a parent manage the content?+
Yes. Parents are encouraged to manage accounts and communication, and they must do so for players under age 13.
